Krunal had an opportunity to work directly under Shri Narendra Modi, Chief Minister of Gujarat and current Prime Minister of India as Fellow. During his fellowship he suggested many innovative projects to CM Office and later on few of them have succefully implemented.

After 3-4 years of experience in youth training and Placement area Krunal realised that in India many youngsters need some education telated to Career and with an objective to promote Career Education in India. Krunal started his NGO The Career Council (India) in year 2014. This NGO is organising many Career Awareness Programs and recruitment fairs. Krunal wants to bring all Training & Placement OFficers of India on one platform and to give them an opportunity to develop so, they can provide quiality training and placement to graduates.

He is also an advisory Committe Member in Integrated Training and Placement Cell formed by Vice Chancellor of Gujarat Technological University, Ahmedabad. In fact Krunal is a pioneer of this GTU-ITAP Cell.
Krunal is a GKS Certified and authorised trainer in Placement Support Program, Life Skills and Soft Skills area. Gujarat Knowledge Society is an institution run by Goverment of Gujarat with an aim to empower the youth for accessing better employment opportunities in the age of knowledge based economy.

Krunal is an Actively asscoaited with Rotary. He is serving Rotaract Club from year 2011. During year 2013-14, he also became a Secretary. During his tenure Krunal achieved a very prestigeous "Rotary Youth Leadership Award 2012" and also awarded for successful execution of many innovative projects like, Youth Seminar, Save Sparrow Campaign, Clean City Campaign and many more..
Krunal is a certified and regitered career counsellor. He is known for his unique and innovative method of Counselling. He is asscoaited with careerfutura - India's leading career counselling company from 2013 and counselled more than 450 students till now.
